This week, the Year 2 students had an incredible time participating in a hands on language experience! They eagerly explored and tasted four different fruits, using their five senses to discover and record a wide range of descriptive words. The excitement was evident as students shared their observations, from the juicy sweetness of a Cantaloupe to the zesty tang of a Lime. This engaging activity not only sparked their curiosity but also enriched their vocabulary, giving them a fantastic bank of words to use in their writing throughout the week. It was a fun and memorable experience for all.
