At Mill Park Heights, we value the importance of students attending school on time every day.

Did you know that missing just one day each fortnight adds up to four full weeks of school missed each year? From Foundation to Year 12, this can total approximately 1.5 years of lost learning.

Our students are very familiar with the phrase: “Thrive, Arrive by 8:45.”

To encourage punctuality, each class records the number of students who arrive on time every day. These totals are combined across the week to determine the winning year level who is awarded the golden ‘Attendance Trophy’. At the end of each term, the overall school winner is rewarded with a casual clothes day and a delicious hot chip lunch!
